Setting up the workflow
The task has to be executed every hour exactly at the start of a new hour. Therefore, a schedule with an hourly execution must be configured. In addition, a limitation to the usual working hours has to be set up using the option "Only execute between...", in this example 9 to 18 o'clock.
The "Schedule valid from" option must be used to specify a time in the future at which the task is to be executed for the first time. For example, in the morning at 9 o'clock of the following day. This step is essential to specify the exact start time. The option "Skip execution if schedule missed" must also remain activated so that the execution time cannot be postponed.
Now that the schedule has been set up, the workflow can be created. Via the action "Retrieve current date and time" we get the current time when the task is executed. This can then be output in the following step via the "Speak text" action.
